Hunters Chophouse can accommodate 100 people in the main dining room: 54 people in the upper portion of it, 60 people in the lower dining room, 20 people in the bar and about 35 people on the outside patio. The restaurant has an open concept (no walls just a divider) and we do not have a private room other than an outside patio which is entirely private, overlooking the lake Estes.
Depending on the season, size of the party, we are able to accommodate large parties without a pre-set menu.
We do offer both plated service and a buffet.
We will need an exact count of entrees/choices at least 5 days prior to the event as all no shows are charged. Guests cards: name/entrees choice cards will have to be made if it is a plated service. We charge $200 non-refundable deposit if cancelled 48 hrs prior to the event. It is deducted from the final bill on the day of the event. We do have a full bar with a wide variety of whiskeys, wines and beers if you decide to include all or a portion of drinks for your guests. The final bill will have taxes and 20% gratuity added to it.

$35/per person: 2 proteins, 2 sides, dessert;
