A Seasonal Letter: November

As fragrant gold settles on the ground and a fluffy white veil lingers over the mountains, we sweep nature's rustling confetti into a new month, drawing ever closer to the festive season.

On a chilly November evening, I love nothing more than opening a bottle of heartwarming libation and taking a moment to give thanks, reflect, and look ahead. As I leaf through our wine list, I can't help but wonder: What wine truly speaks of November? And which one is worthy of a toast to those who have made us who we are?

To those who have decided to pursue new heights, we raise a glass to your courage, ambitions, and the memories we've shared. While saying goodbye is never easy, we couldn't be happier to see our colleagues climbing new mountains! And to those who remain, thank you for continuing to make Hunter's Chophouse what it is. Cheers to countless more chapters in our story! From intimate moments to remarkable milestones, which wine could hold all this in a glass?

Often underestimated, occasionally dismissed, wrapped in a velvety herbal coat artfully embroidered with an intricate motif of fruit and florals, Merlot is equally at home alongside a hearty autumn stew, a peppered steak, or simply enjoyed on its own. A wine that doesn't demand an occasion but makes almost any occasion worth celebrating.

So here's to everything this year has brought us, to the people who make us who we are, and to the wines that make the journey worth every mile.
